Dragon Dance Mana Cost Of 100, Cooldown Of 30
Leap to all marked units around within 1000 AoE, Dealing 2.25 (3.0 for stacked unit) times of your damage. When in this state, you gain 15 extra damage per leap. The Extra damage will last for 5 seconds. Leaps every 0.75 seconds ( A Delay that makes you suspectible to disables)

Explanation on Dragon Mark
Example a noob hero has 100(+50) damage, got hit by DKB bearer and marked, so now his damage will be reduced by 25. Meaning now his attack is 112.5 (100 (+13)). When he was strucked by mark once again, his damage will now reduced to 85 (100 (-15))

Item cannot stack (can only carry one)
Doesn't not work on Luna or Lanaya or Medusa using Split Arrows.
Spill Range=Splash Damage for ranged units. This weapon is largely based on Lanay's Psi Blades but my inspiration for this item is based on the fact that Ranged unit's don't get a chance to benefit from any kind of splash damage. I greatly lowered the Spill Range to roughly half of Lanaya's.
Also I noticed the only Bows in the items were Buriza (thought that's a type of ballista) and Eagle Horn and it bothers me slightly that a bow is used to make a Butterfly.

Description:
An old artifact, unknown to what it truly possesses even today, found somewhere in the Outlands far below the ground, and once it was touched - it shifted the ground and air causing havoc to anyone near it. T'wen the shifting finished, those who were with the person who touched it were oblivious to what had happened, and completely forgot about the object, walking ahead towards to what they were doing. Years after the incident that was completely forgotten, a strange man happened to be upon it, right at his foot. The man simply picked it up, shoved it in his pocket and sold it to a random merchant robed in black. Which then the 'Alliance' felt THE Sphere, which roused them, causing them to follow the wielder, in which then they happened upon him and killed him without conscious of doing so. The 'Horde' then felt the same way the Alliance did, rousing them, causing them to follow the carrier of THE Sphere and attack insanely. The urge of following the strange orb finally became 'resistant', as everyone seemed to ignore the feeling of it, also reminding themselves, the stupid Sphere did nothing except get into war. Eventually, another someone happened upon it, also actually found what it's abilities were after months of observing and so he replicated it. Selling it worldwide.

Gives:
15+ All Attributes
Active: Void Shift
Upon activation, the wielder must stay in his current spot and will channel this till the duration ends, wielder dies, or wielder is issued another order (can be interrupted - i.e stuns).
Causes anyone around him that are within 800 range to shift back into places 2 seconds back in which doing so removes all buffs as well as recovering or removing hp and mana if any was lost or gained during the last 2 seconds. Also after a 'shift' has taken place, ally heroes that were in contact will have their cooldowns 'fastened' by 5% including yourself. The effect continues repetitively for 8 seconds.

Note: If the wielder dies during channelling, health and mana points will be 'recovered or deducted' as if the effect simply did not happen.

250 manacost. 180 seconds cooldown.
Cooldown effect will not include the THE Sphere itself.
A debuff will be placed upon those who were under the effect 60 seconds ago, not allowing them to be "Void Shifted" by any means.
Cannot be Dissembled.
